Prices are still hanging in there with single family home prices up  by 2.4% from last month, but down by 2% from June of 2014. There were 1,336 houses sold at an average price of $554,587 . It took on average about 37 days for a house to sell in June.

For Condos, it wasn’t quite as optimistic with prices down by 1.9% from last month, but down a more significant 8.3% from June of last year. There were a total of 399 condos sold at an average price of $322,251
