Quarry park is a new southeast community that incorporates both residential and commercial buildings. There are many large companies such as Imperial Oil, Stantec, and Jacobs engineering operating out of brand new shiny buildings. There is also a new recreation centre, many restaurants, a grocery store and numerous other businesses in the nicest strip mall you will ever see.

About half of the community is used for commercial, so that doesn’t leave a whole lot of room for residential homes. The single family homes that are there are pretty high end with prices well over $500,000. There are also several condo buildings, and some rentals are available as well.

This neighbourhood is scheduled to have a stop when the Green line LRT line finally gets built sometime in the future, so transit will improve in the future, but for now you have to either drive or take the bus if you work there.

In 2016 the Calgary Real Estate Board decided to include Quarry park into the boundaries of Douglasdale and Douglas Glen, so the listings you see below will include homes from those areas.
