Originally established in 1960, the neighborhood of Kelvin Grove is one of the several neighborhoods that has played a significant role in the development of Calgary’s residential southwest. The streetscapes of Kelvin Grove extend out to Elbow Drive to the east, Glenmore Trail to the north, 75th Avenue to the south, and 14th Street to the west. With a median household income of approximately $52,000, over half of the residential buildings in the area are apartments or condominiums.
